Definition of Contingency Fee

Car accident lawyers, who agree to work for a contingency fee, will handle a car accident claim without payment of legal fees or expenses and will not be paid until the plaintiff wins their recovery. Car accident lawyers who work on a contingency basis will not be paid unless they win the car accident case. The benefit of a contingency fee payment method is it allows a plaintiff to have legal representation without paying the car accident lawyer at the beginning of the case.
